Fish fillets are thawed, well washed, dried and cut into small portions. Then sprinkle with lemon juice, season with spices, mix and leave to marinate for about 15 minutes. Potatoes are cleaned, shredded in thin circles and sprinkled with large salt and ground pepper. Form for baking with a piece of butter and put the potatoes mixed with finely chopped onion. At the top, we evenly lay the pieces of fish and fill them with cream. Close the form with a sheet of foil and send the fish fillets into the oven for 45 minutes, heated to 180 degrees. We check the preparedness of the dish with a toothpick, take out the form, cover it with grated cheese and put it back again, until it lightly blushes. We serve the dish hot, decorating with a green salad and any fresh vegetables at your discretion.

For cooking fish under a fur coat in the oven, the fillet is washed, dried with napkins, salt and pepper to taste. Then sprinkle with lemon juice, season with dry dill and leave to marinate, and this time we prepare vegetables: we process them and grind them. We rub the carrots on a grater, shred the onion with semirings, and the eggplant and tomato are cut into slices. Now fry the vegetable mixture in a small amount of olive oil, flavored with spices, until half cooked. We lay the fish on a baking sheet, distribute the vegetables from above and fill all the low-fat sour cream. We send the dish for 30 minutes hot oven, setting the temperature at 200 degrees.

So, pink salmon is thoroughly washed, scraped from the scales, cut off the head and fins with a knife. Then gut it and carefully separate the fillet from the bones, making a shallow incision along the ridge and pulling out all the bones. Cut the fillets into several pieces, add salt and leave for 15 minutes in a bowl. This time, we clean the bulbs and, together with the tomatoes, shred by half rings.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

We grind the hard cheese on a grater, and rub the raw cheese into a separate bowl. Here, squeeze out the purified garlic and mix everything. We cover the pan with vegetable oil, spread the fish fillets, sprinkle onions and send them to the oven for 20 minutes. This time, cut the tomatoes into cubes, add it to the cream cheese, season with spices and stir. After the time, we take out the dish, cover with a layer of dressing, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake the fish fillet for another 10 minutes in the oven. The prepared dish is slightly cooled and served to the table with mashed potatoes and fresh vegetables.
