If using pickled mushrooms, remove them from the marinade and rinse. If mushrooms are fresh, cook them for 20 minutes and drain. Oyster mushrooms can not be cooked, they are edible and useful in their raw form.

Boiled chicken meat cut into small pieces, onions - half rings or quarter rings, sweet peppers - short straws. Cut garlic and greens finely.

Boiled chicken meat shall be cut into small pieces, cucumbers - circles or cubes, onion - half rings. If mushrooms are large, they can also be cut finer. Greens and garlic with a knife.

We will combine in a salad bowl chicken, beans, mushrooms, cucumbers, carrots in Korean and greens with garlic. Plyad dressing from butter with vinegar or lemon juice (ratio 3: 1). Instead of butter and vinegar dressing, you can use unsweetened yogurt or mayonnaise. In this salad, too, young green olives without pits will be out-of-the-way - they can be cut into slices.
