Salad with smoked chicken, fresh cucumber, corn and pepper
Ingredients:
- smoked chicken meat (pulp) - 245 g;
- fresh cucumbers - 245 g;
- canned corn - 230 g;
- Bulgarian sweet pepper - 115 g;
- onion salad - 120 g;
- eggs selected - 3-4 pieces;
- thick mayonnaise - to taste;
- apple vinegar - 70 ml;
- salt of stone and freshly ground black pepper - to taste.
Preparation
To prepare this salad, you can take both smoked chicken breast and other smoked parts of the bird, separating the flesh from the bones and cutting into cubes. In addition, we boil hard-boiled, clean and shred the same manner eggs, grind the washed cucumber and peeled Bulgarian pepper. We will not lay salad onions in a pure form, but we will marinate it for about twenty minutes in apple cider vinegar. To do this, cut the vegetables with small cubes, add them to the bowl, add the vinegar and pour boiling water so that it completely covers the contents of the container. We decapitated onion on a sieve, rinsed with cool water, let it drain and we send it to the rest of the food ingredients.
It remains only to fill the salad with mayonnaise, bring to taste salt and pepper, mix and give him twenty or thirty minutes to brew.
Salad with smoked chicken, tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers and corn
Ingredients:
- smoked chicken meat (pulp) - 245 g;
- fresh cucumbers - 245 g;
- canned corn - 230 g;
- sweet pepper - 180 g
- fresh tomatoes - 245 g;
- dill fresh;
- thick mayonnaise;
- salt of stone and freshly ground black pepper.
Preparation
Fresh salad with a smoked chicken and vegetables is very fresh, and corn will give it a special flavor. In this case, the preparatory work consists only in cutting the components. Vegetables and greens must be washed and must be dried. Cucumbers and Bulgarian pepper are cut into strips as thin as possible, and tomatoes and smoked chicken meat in cubes. As in the previous case, you can use both smoked breast fillet and flesh from the legs.
Mix the components of the salad in a separate bowl, add corn and dill, mayonnaise, pepper and salt and mix. You can serve the food immediately.
Salad with smoked chicken, cucumber, Korean carrots and cheese
Ingredients:
- smoked chicken meat (pulp) - 245 g;
- fresh cucumbers - 245 g;
- carrots in Korean - 185 g;
- cheese of hard varieties - 120 g;
- Eggs selected - 4 pcs .;
- thick mayonnaise;
- salt of stone and freshly ground black pepper.
Preparation
In this case, we will decorate the salad with layers. Ideally, if there is a molding ring, which is set on a wide plate. The first layer is laid boiled hard-boiled, peeled and grated chicken eggs selected eggs and let them be mayonnaise. Next, distribute the diced chicken and again mayonnaise. Now the turn of cucumbers and Korean carrots, which is also generously blotted with mayonnaise. We finish the composition with grated cheese and send for a few hours a salad on the shelf of the refrigerator to soak.
Smoked chicken salad with champignons and cucumbers
Ingredients:
- smoked chicken meat (pulp) - 295 g;
- fresh cucumbers - 245 g;
- champignons - 295 g;
- onion - 70 g;
- Sunflower oil without flavor - 30 ml;
- Eggs selected - 4 pcs .;
- thick mayonnaise;
- salt of stone and freshly ground black pepper.
Preparation
Champignons for my salad, grind and fry together with the chopped onion until soft and evaporation of all moisture. We boil hard-boiled, peel and grate eggs, shred cucumber and diced chicken with cubes. In the salad bowl or on the dish in the ring, lay layers of chicken, followed by cucumber, mushroom fry and eggs. Each layer, except the last one, is seasoned generously with mayonnaise and to taste with salt and pepper. About two hours later, when the salad is soaked, you can serve it, decorating with sprigs of greens.
