Hypoallergenic cosmetics (decorative and hygienic) are cosmetics designed specifically for people with sensitive skin, prone to allergic reactions. The main difference between hypoallergenic cosmetic products and ordinary ones is that they do not contain (or enter in a minimum amount) fragrances, stabilizers, artificial dyes and other substances corrosive to the skin. Typically, this cosmetics has a shorter shelf life and higher cost due to the costs of conducting various tests.
But it is worth noting that no manufacturer of hypoallergenic cosmetics can fully guarantee that this product will not cause you allergies, but only reduces the risk of its occurrence. Therefore, when buying cosmetics, it is recommended to first use the tester and apply a little remedy to the sensitive area of the skin (for example, the elbow fold).
