Lazy cabbage rolls with rice and minced meat - recipe

Preparing the preparation of lazy cabbage rolls, the first step is to boil the rice croup to the "al dente" state and while it is brewing, we prepare the remaining ingredients. Very finely shred or grate cabbage, cut with cubes pre-peeled onions, chop the meat for mincemeat if necessary, and also clean and let the carrot through the grater.

Mix the minced meat with the cooled rice, cabbage and half the norm of onions, add the egg, ground black pepper and, if desired, spices, mix and form lazy cabbage rolls oblong in shape, as close as possible to traditional stuffed cabbage. We stir the lazy cabbage rolls in red-hot oil from both sides and transfer it to an oiled baking dish or into a deep baking tray.

Leave the remaining onions with carrots until soft, then add the tomato paste dissolved in a glass of hot water, and let it evaporate a little. Then pour the remaining water, bring the sauce to taste with the addition of salt, ground and fragrant pepper and spices, throw the laurel leaf, cook for two minutes and pour it on the stuffed cabbage rolls. They should be at least half covered with sauce.

We place the form with lazy cabbage rolls in a preheated oven to 190 degrees and bake for twenty minutes.

As in the previous recipe, we first set the rice croquet to cook until ready, ready to rinse well and start preparing the remaining ingredients. Shink the cabbage, grind the pre-washed chicken fillet in any convenient way, clean and cut cubes onions and rub through a large grater pre-cleaned carrots. We remove the washed Bulgarian peppers from peduncles and seminal boxes and crush as small as possible, and tomatoes scalded with boiling water, peeled from the skins, grinded on a grater or smashed in a blender.

Prepared onions and carrots we pass on the refined vegetable oil for seven minutes, then add the chicken fillet and fry together with the vegetables. Now lay cabbage, tomatoes and Bulgarian pepper, mix and let in under the lid for a few minutes. When the cabbage has softened, we spread rice, we savor the dish to taste with salt, pepper and spices and stew until the cabbage and rice are ready. In the end, add fresh greens and mix.
