In addition to milking on this day, you need to drink water, but only non-carbonated, up to about two liters. On average, about 1-2 kilograms of weight are lost during the day.

On some people, green tea acts as a stimulant, gives energy and does not allow to fall asleep at night. In this case, it is better to replace it and give preference to chicory, herbal tea and other soothing options.
