Apricots are sorted, wiped with a damp cloth, breaks the fruits into halves and takes out the pits. Then soak the fruit in warm boiled water and leave for 5 days. After that, squeeze the pulp and pour sugar. We put everything for fermentation and every day we stir the wine with a wooden stick. After a week carefully filter the drink several times through gauze or use for this filter paper. We pour apricot wine into a glass bottle and leave it to ripen for about a month.

Wine from apricot jam at home

Apricot jam is spread in a saucepan, pour in the necessary amount of water, throw raisins and pour out half of the sugar. Thoroughly mix everything and pour the mixture into three-liter clean jars, filling them in half. We put rubber gloves on the necks, make a hole in one of the fingers, and leave it in a warm place for fermentation for several weeks. When the glove is well inflated, filter the drink through gauze in clean containers and leave to infuse in a dark place for another 3 months. Then gently drain the wine through a tube into a clean bottle, so that the whole sediment remains at the bottom of the old container. We tightly plug the stoppers and after a few days we enjoy a tart, sweet and fragrant drink, with the taste of summer fruits.

Wine from apricot juice at home

The apricots are washed, dried, we remove the bones, and the pulp is thoroughly kneaded by a tolstalk and squeezes out the whole juice. Then pour the squeezes completely with water and leave them for a day. After that, filter the mixture and combine it with the squeezed apricot juice . Pour sugar, mix and leave the fermentation beverage. When it stops, stir the infusion again and leave for another 3 days. After this time, we filter the finished wine and pour it into a glass bottle or a wooden barrel. We close the container and forget about it for about six months. After 6 months, we pour fruit drink on clean bottles, cork them and remove them for another 3 months in a cool place.

Apricot wine with lemon

Apricots are sorted, cut into halves and take out the bones from the fruits. In the pot, pour water, boil it and pour prepared apricots. Then we press the obtained mass with a press and leave it for 4 days, and then filter. Lemons are rinsed, cleaned and squeezed out of them juice. Mix it with apricot juice, pour in the sugar, put the yeast and put the mixture in a dark place with a temperature of no higher than 20 degrees. When the process of rapid fermentation stops, then everything is mixed and left for another 3 days to settle the entire sediment. Then carefully filter the finished wine through a special filter, we pour the drink into a wooden barrel, close it and leave it for six months. After the specified time, we pour the drink on bottles, plug it and remove it into a dark cool place for another 3 months.
