Rolls of meat - one of the options is not the easiest, but very beautiful and delicious hot dish for the festive table. A huge variety of fillings allows you to make each roll unique to your taste, and the shape of the dish can vary from banquet to buffet, in which each roll can be made from a small piece of meat.
Meat loaf recipe with filling
Ingredients:
- minced pork - 1 kg;
- chestnuts - 400 g;
- olive oil - 1 tbsp. a spoon;

- apples - 2 pieces;
- parsley, sage, thyme - 1 small bunch;

- bread crumbs - 100 g;

Preparation
We chop the onion into thin half rings and pass for 5 minutes on the warmed vegetable oil. While the onions are fried, the apples are cut into cubes, and the chestnuts are arbitrary, but finely chopped with a knife.
We freshly grind fresh herbs, it is advisable to use a mortar, or a powerful blender, to extract as many flavors as possible. Mix the herbs with minced meat and bread crumbs.
Strips of bacon smoothly spread on a sheet of foil, on top of them we distribute fragrant minced meat. On one of the long edges of the roll we put in a row a filling of chestnuts, apples and cranberries. We fold the roll, helping ourselves with a sheet of foil and seal it on both sides, in the manner of candy. We bake a meatloaf for 45 minutes at a temperature of 170 degrees in foil, and then remove the coating and prepare it for another 15 minutes.
How to cook a meatloaf with potato stuffing?
Ingredients:
- ground beef - 700 g;
- bread breading - 1/2 table;
- onions - 1 pc .;
- milk - half a century;
- salt pepper;
- egg - 1 piece;
- potatoes - 4-5 pieces;
- hard cheese - 70 g;
- ketchup.
Preparation
Potatoes are cooked until ready and mashed with the addition of milk, butter or water. Mix the minced meat with pre-soaked in bread, bread, salt, pepper and egg. Do not forget to carefully season the minced meat with salt and pepper, carefully mix it, and then distribute the baking paper or the foil sheet. On top of the meat layer, lay a layer of potatoes and sprinkle it with cheese on top. Helping yourself with paper, turn the meat layer into a roll and put in a preheated oven to 180 degrees. First we bake the roll for 1 hour independently, and then cover it with ketchup (you can lightly sprinkle with brown sugar for caramelization) and prepare another 15 minutes. Before serving and cutting, meatloaf should cool down for 10 minutes.
Meatloaf with mushroom filling
Ingredients:
- Butter - 3 tbsp. spoons;
- shallots - 2-3 pieces;
- champignons - 300 g;
- garlic - 2 cloves;
- hot pepper - to taste;
- salt, black pepper - to taste;
- spinach - 300 g;
- beef tenderloin - 2 kg.
Preparation

Now let's go to the meat. It must be cleaned of all films and veins, and then cut and opened in the manner of books so that its thickness over the entire surface is approximately the same. Season the meat surface with salt and pepper and distribute the filling evenly. Roll the roll and, if necessary, attach its ends with toothpicks. We season the roll with salt and pepper from the outside. Fry the roll on the grill for 4-5 minutes from all sides. As soon as the thermometer for meat reaches a level of 48 degrees - the meat can be removed from the fire.
