Before we prepare the whole leg, knead the dough. To do this, the flour is sieved through a fine sieve with salt and add butter, diced. We rub well with all hands until a homogeneous crumb is obtained, and then we inject the egg and pour in the water. We knead an elastic dough with clean hands, form a lump from it, wrap it in a film and remove it in the cold for 30 minutes.

In the meantime, carefully washed chicken legs, we dip them with a towel and rub the meat with spices from all sides. Frying pan with oil, spread the prepared pieces and fry until golden. After that, shift the whole leg to a plate and cool it.

The table is sprinkled with flour, we take out the cooled dough, thinly roll out and cut into stripes. Cooled legs wrapped in stripes of dough and lay the workpiece on a baking tray, covered with foil. Lubricate the surface with a beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds. We send the leg in a dough into a hot oven and bake for about half an hour.
