Then start to form cutlets from the resulting mixture, form them all at once, so it's easier to achieve the same size. And now they need to be fried, but not until ready, but just to crust, so they grabbed and did not fall apart during further cooking. To save time spent in the kitchen, pre-activate the oven for heating up to 180 degrees. In the meantime, mix sour cream with tomato, pour in spices and salt, then mix everything well, this will be sauce for cabbage rolls. In the cast-iron pot, put the stuffed cabbage rolls and pour the sauce you have prepared, if they do not fit, you can lay out the second row and pour the sauce again. They will be prepared from 45 to 60 minutes, and for a quarter of an hour until ready, open the lid, the sauce tops up and so it will taste better.

How to make lazy cabbage rolls with sour cream in a saucepan?

The peculiarity of this recipe is not so much in the presence of mushrooms among the ingredients, but in the fact that they are prepared without frying and tomato. Therefore, the final product can be used and with certain diets.
