Of course, this recipe does not pretend to be traditional, but you certainly had to try the original Italian pizza more than once, so why not give a chance to a great alternative? Ingredients:
- sheet puff pastry;
- egg - 1 piece;
- sausage - 80 g;
- fresh tomatoes - 80 g;
- mozzarella - 280 g;
- tomato sauce - 120 ml;
- leaves of basil.
Preparation
Look at the instructions on the packaging for the puff pastry, which usually indicates the temperature and baking time of the product. Having checked with the instruction, put in the oven the specified temperature threshold, and you take care of the molding of the pizza.
Carefully roll out the dough to a centimeter thickness, cut out of it a layer corresponding to the size of your baking dish. Using a small knife, stepping back from the edge of a piece of half a centimeter, draw a line, not cutting through the dough, but only cutting it, leaving the edge. Lubricate the bead with a mix of water and eggs, and pound the core on which the filling will be placed, with a fork. Place the dough in the oven for 15 minutes, then remove, grease with sauce and put tomatoes over the top with cheese and sausage. Allow the dish to steep for another 5-8 minutes, and then add the pizza from the puff pastry with cheese and tomato leaves to fresh basil.

- chicken meat - 260 g;
- white onion - 90 g;
- mushrooms - 180 g;
- Grated cheese - 200 g.
Preparation
Roll out the defrosted puff pastry into a fairly thin layer, put it in the oven heated to 190-200 degrees for 12-15 minutes. Meanwhile, cut the chicken with straws, mushrooms - plates, and onions - rings. After warming up a little vegetable or butter, save the onion first for 2-4 minutes, add mushrooms to it and wait for that time when all the liquid is evaporated. To mushrooms put strips of chickens and let them grasp. Extract the base for the pizza from the oven, cover with a layer of sauce and a mixture of roasted stuffing. Top with cheese and return pizza from puff pastry with chicken and mushrooms in the oven for 3-4 minutes.
Mini pizzas made from puff pastry
Convenient is the miniature pizza format on the puff pastry, because from a full-fledged hot dish it turns into a snack, which is much more convenient to divide among a larger company than the original.

- a mixture of Italian herbs - a pinch.
Preparation
Defrost the layer of the purchased dough, cut it into portions of equal size and place on a baking sheet. If instead of a baking sheet you have forms for muffins or portioned brownies - safely use them, without forgetting to pre-lubricate or cover the cells with parchment. Preheat the oven to the standard puff pastry mark at 190-200 degrees. Knit the dough with a fork and grease the sauce, then place over your favorite toppings: sausage, meat, poultry, cheeses and vegetables, sprinkle with herbs and bake for 15 minutes. On extraction from the oven, the pizza from the puff pastry with the cheese should cool for a few minutes, after which they can be extracted from the mold and tasted.
