To please a loved one with an unexpected surprise, it's enough to give him your favorite sweets. But to present them in a standard cardboard box, and even more so a cellophane bag - is not interesting. Recently needlewomen are pleased with us in various ways of giving sweets. Unusual boxes in the technique of decoupage, bouquets of sweets, made with corrugated paper, cars, cakes - a lot of options. One of them is the use of packaging made with their own hands in the form of a large paper candy. A lot of time creating such an original package you will not take away, but the result will please.
We will need:
- thin cardboard;
- colored paper;
- glue;
- scissors;
- tape.
- To make a candy from cardboard and colored paper, take a sheet of thin cardboard and draw on it three horizontal lines at an equal distance from each other, and the fourth draw, having deviated from the edge of 0.5 centimeters. On both sides measure 5 centimeters and draw vertical lines. From them, retreat another 4 centimeters and again draw two vertical lines. At the intersection of these lines, draw a diamond. Gently cut them out.
- In order to simplify the gluing, cut the edges of the extreme diamond on one side in the form of denticles. At the rhombus of the extreme diamond on the other side, cut them, as shown in the figure.
- Now bend the part, following the horizontal lines drawn earlier. Properly slide your finger across the folds to make the edges of the crafts clear, and the candy itself does not lose its shape. Glue the resulting box, leaving both ends free.
- You can start decorating a paper candy. An excellent version of the decor is scrapbouging paper, but it can be replaced by a conventional one, having printed on it the print you liked using a computer. - As you understand, sweets are necessary to fill a paper candy through side openings. When the candy or a small gift will be inside, it is enough to tie a beautiful ribbon at both ends of the package.
- The sweets of paper are ready! The undoubted advantage of such a box is that it can store not only sweets, but also other small things. Agree, to receive such gift instead of a banal box of sweets is much more pleasant!
New Year decoration
Paper sweets can be used for other purposes. Bright crafts will look great on the New Year tree. Such toys are absolutely safe for small children, and you can make Christmas candies from plain or corrugated paper. Just five minutes you will need to make a small paper candy in origami technique.
Take a square sheet of paper, bend it in half vertically. Then visually divide it into three equal parts horizontally, bend the two extreme parts to the center.

Flip the part, make two folds towards the center (one on each side). Reverse the part and bend the edges in the form of irregular triangles, as shown in the diagram.
