Recipe for vareniki with cherries for a couple
Ingredients:
For the test:
- kefir - 495 ml;
- white sugar - 10 g;
- extra salt - 5 g;
- flour - 980 g;
- soda - 5 g.
For filling:
- cherry pitted fresh-365 g;
- white sugar - to the taste.
Preparation
To prepare dumplings with cherries for a couple of kneaded dough first. To do this, the yogurt is slightly heated, we throw salt, sprinkle sugar and soda. Next, we introduce sifted flour in advance and knead the elastic dough with clean hands. Then wrap it in a napkin and leave it for half an hour on the table. After rolling out into a round thin layer and cutting out the same circles with a glass. For each piece we pour a little white sugar, lay a few cherries without pits on top and patch the edges, forming a smooth varenik. Thus, we mold all products and lay them on the cutting table, leaving it to dry out. The basket of the steamer is greased with melted cream butter, we put vareniki at a short distance from each other. In the capacity of multivarka pour boiling water, set the basket with vareniki with cherries, close the appliance and cook for a couple of 10 minutes. We serve a dish on a nice plate with low-fat sour cream or creamy melted butter.

- water 205 ml;
- sour cream 15% - 30 ml;
- an egg of choice - 1 piece;
- home-made butter - 25 g;
- white sugar - 10 g;
- yeast - 5 g;
- baking powder - 1 teaspoon.

- cherry frozen pitted;
- sugar.
