So, to prepare this delicious and hearty dish, we take turkey meat, divide the turkey into portions and rinse under running water. Mushrooms choose any, to your taste: you can take fresh, frozen or even canned. We put them into the bowl of the multivark, pour a little oil, turn on the "Baking" mode, set the timer for about 20 minutes and press the "Start" button. We leave the lid open, so that excess liquid evaporates. Periodically stir the frozen mushrooms with a wooden spatula. We are waiting for them to completely unfrozen, and then a little podsalivaem. Raw potatoes are peeled, cut into small cubes and poured cold water for a while. When the mushrooms in the multivark warm up, carefully take them out, put pieces of meat in the bowl, place mushrooms on top and cover everything with an even layer of prepared potatoes.
