A bright, tasty and healthy cupcake can be baked in a carrot based multivark. This dessert will not only lift the mood in the cold autumn and winter weekdays, but will also be a wonderful addition to the sweet table for the holidays.
Carrot cake in a multivark - recipe
Like any product on kefir, the carrot cake is airy and lush. Carrots are better to take a bright orange color, then the appearance of baking will please.
Ingredients:
- carrots - 240 g;
- wheat flour - 235 g;
- potato starch - 80 g;
- Chicken eggs - 2 pcs .;
- sunflower without a smell or olive oil - 70 ml;
- granulated sugar - 195 g;
- kefir - 230 ml;
- baking powder - 20 g;
- raisins without pits - 110 g;
- table salt - a small pinch;
- powdered sugar for decoration.
Preparation
- Initially, when preparing the product, we clean and grind carrot on a small grater, and rinse under running water and soak in warm water for half an hour raisins without pits.
- Then we prepare the components for the test. Sift into a bowl of flour and starch, add a baking powder and a pinch of salt and mix everything carefully.
- In a separate container, drive a little eggs, adding sugar sand in the process.
- We pour into the egg mass kefir and sunflower oil or olive oil without flavor, stir well, then pour in the dry ingredients and knead the dough.
- In the end, the swollen raisins are poured onto a sieve, dried with a few napkins, we pour in flour and together with the grated carrots we put in the dough for the cake.
- We shift the basis of the product into the oiled capacity of the multi-device and turn on the "Baking" mode for eighty minutes.
- Upon readiness, we leave the carrot cake on kefir in the multivark in the "Heated" mode for another ten minutes, then we take it out on a dish and decorate with sugar powder.
Carrot cake in a multivark - recipe
The lack of egg and animal components in the recipe also makes it possible to use a cake cooked according to this recipe, vegans or those who keep fasting.
Ingredients:
- carrots of medium size - 4 pcs .;
- bananas - 2 pieces;
- wheat flour - 320 g;
- sunflower without a smell or olive oil - 110 ml;
- sugar brown - 195 g;
- walnuts - 120 g;
- baking powder - 25 g;
- raisins without pits - 120 g;
- table salt - a small pinch;
- ground ginger and cinnamon - for ½ tsp;
- powdered sugar for decoration.
Preparation
- As in the previous case, prepare the filling for the carrot cake. We grind the peeled carrots on a small grater and steal raisins for a while.
- Bananas are cleaned and punched with a blender along with brown sugar, after which we mix sunflower oil in mashed potatoes.
- Grind in a mortar or blender dried walnuts in the oven.
- Mix in a bowl sifted flour with a baking powder and a pinch of salt, while adding also ground ginger with cinnamon.
- We connect all the prepared components for the dough together, we also add steamed, dried and scrambled raisins in a flour and mix everything well.
- We spread the dough into an oiled multicastry and prepare a carrot cake with walnuts and raisins for 100 minutes in the "Bake" mode and for another 20 minutes on the "Preheat".
