Hot sandwiches with sausage
Favorites among hot sandwiches are sandwiches with sausage, which are prepared as quickly as they are eaten.
Ingredients:
- butter - 70 g;
- mayonnaise - 2 tbsp. spoons;
- mustard - 2 teaspoons;
- onion - ½ pcs .;
- ham or sausage - 200 g;
- cheese hard - 200 g;
- greens - to taste.

Preparation
We chop the onion and fry until golden brown. Beat soft butter together with mustard and mayonnaise until smooth. Add the fried onions and chopped greens to the sauce, stir again.
On slices of bread we spread a thin layer of sauce, we put a slice of sausage and pour it all over with cheese. A hot sandwich in the multivarquet is prepared in the "Bake" mode for 15-20 minutes.
Hot sandwiches with mushrooms
Ingredients:
- champignons - 150 g;
- butter - 50 g;
- red wine vinegar - 1 tbsp. a spoon;
- Dijon mustard - 2 tbsp. spoons;
- olives - 70 g;
- cheese - 100 g;
- Rye bread.
Preparation
Mushrooms are cut into plates and let in butter until the moisture evaporates completely, and afterwards we savor wine vinegar. Two crowbars of rye bread are evenly lubricated with a thin layer of butter and mustard, we put each on a thick piece of cheese, and on top - an interlayer of fried mushrooms.
