We take gingerbread, preferably oval, and cut them neatly horizontally into 3 parts. Next, we prepare the cream for the cake: soften the butter, add sugar and rub until smooth. Then we put sour cream in a mass and mix it well with a mixer until it is uniform. Now, every carrot is coated with cream and spread on a beautiful flat dish. Gaps fill with crumbs of gingerbread and grease with a lot of top cream. Then we clean the bananas and cut them into thin circles - lay out the second layer. Again carefully cover with cream and repeat in the same sequence, alternating the fruit cakes until the cakes are finished.

When the whole cake is collected, we prepare the glaze: pour milk into the pan, add sugar, cocoa, put on a weak fire and bring everything to a boil. In the boiling mass, put a little butter and mix. We keep the mixture on the stove until the sugar completely dissolves and the glaze becomes chocolate colored. Then gently fill this cake with our mass, decorate with oranges, kiwi, sprinkle with chopped walnuts and remove the treat for freezing for 4 hours in the refrigerator.
