Summer is the best time for cooks, as this is the season of fresh vegetables and fruits. It is the latter that become an excellent basis for tasty and bright desserts that you can pamper yourself and your loved ones. Dessert with raspberries
This raspberry cream is very easy to prepare and requires a minimum set of products, but it will be impossible to break away from it.
Ingredients:
- raspberry - 250 g;
- sugar - 100 g;
- yoghurt - 300 ml.
Preparation
Rinse the raspberries, wash, dry and mash. Then wipe the resulting mass through a fine sieve, in order to get rid of pits. Whisk yogurt with sugar blender, mix it with raspberry puree and mix everything thoroughly. Spread the finished cream in bowls or glass glasses and put in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.
Raspberry dessert
Ingredients:
- fresh raspberry - 4 items;
- apple juice - ¼ of a century;
- low-fat fruit yogurt - 2 items;
- lemon peel - ½ tsp;
- orange peel - 1 tsp.
Preparation
Pick raspberries and wash. Mix them with lemon zest and spread this mixture over the rosettes. Pour it with apple juice, top with home-made fruit yoghurt and sprinkle with orange peel at the end. Well chill the dessert and only then serve.
Curd dessert with raspberries
Ingredients:
- raspberry - 300 g;
- dietary curd - 400 g;
- sour cream - 3 tbsp. spoons;
- powdered sugar - 2 tbsp. spoons;
- cookies - 5-6 pieces;
- chocolate - 50 g;
- mint leaves for decoration.

Take a glass glass or go to the kremanku, lay raspberries on the bottom, and on top - several tablespoons of curd cream. Cookies crumble and sprinkle cottage cheese mass. Then again put the raspberries, top - curd cream, and then again the berries. Scrunch or crumble finely chocolate, sprinkle dessert and decorate with mint sprigs. Before serving, cool the dessert in the refrigerator for 30-40 minutes.
