Dried nuts should be ground into powder with a blender and put the resulting mass aside.

Now you need to start making sugar syrup. Sugar should be mixed with water and put the dishes to cook over low heat. The syrup should turn out rather dense, so that its drops can be rolled into a ball. It is also important not to overdo it with fire and not to turn the syrup into caramel, for this it must be constantly stirred.

In the finished syrup, you should add almond flour, then cook for a further 3 minutes, also on low heat. After that, you can let the mass cool down and roll it into a ball. If desired, the ball can roll out or give it any other shape. This marzipan can be stored in the refrigerator by wrapping it in a film.
