On a day off, when you want to pamper yourself with something special, you can offer homemade delicious pancakes from courgettes and cheese. Bake such pancakes quickly, so that there will be still time for rest.
Fritters from courgettes with cheese and garlic - the simplest option
Ingredients:
- wheat flour - 300-350 g;
- garlic - a pair of denticles;
- zucchini - 2 pcs .;
- cheese "Dutch" - 70 g;
- egg of chicken - 2-3 pcs .;
- sunflower or olive oil - 2 tbsp. spoons + 50 ml;
- iodized salt - 1-2 pinch;
- greens (dill, parsley) - a few twigs.
Preparation
My zucchini, remove the tail and the damaged areas of the peel. If zucchini is not middle-aged, cut the cuticle completely. Three zucchini on an average grater or grind it with the help of a food processor or chopper. To the vegetable marrow we add eggs, flour, salt and carefully, but carefully mix. Cheese grind with a grater, let the garlic through the press, mine and grind the greens. In a zucchini we add 2 spoons of butter, the rest of the ingredients and gently mix. On the heated frying pan pour a little oil, spread the pancakes with a spoon and fry them on low heat (somewhere about 4 minutes on each side).
To get more useful squash pancakes with cheese and garlic, cook a little differently: lightly fry them over a large fire in a frying pan, and as soon as the surface becomes red, put it on a baking sheet, oiled and let them be baked in the oven. We serve pancakes from courgettes with cheese and garlic with sour cream, unsweetened yogurt or tomato sauce.
If the house has a large amount of greenery of garlic, parsley or dill, you can bake squash pancakes with cheese and greens - you will get an excellent dish for a light snack or dinner.
Pancakes with cheese and greens
Ingredients:
- feathers of green onions and garlic - 1 bundle about 300 g;
- egg - 4 pieces;
- zucchini - 1-2 pieces;
- cheese "Estonian" - 100 g;
- carrots young - 1-2 pcs .;
- wheat flour in / c - about 1.5 glasses;
- sunflower oil - 2 tbsp. spoons + 50 ml;
- salt - a pinch;
- dry spices - to taste.
Preparation
Zucchini prepared: my, cut the peel, three on the grater. My greens, let's drain off the water, we shred a little. With carrots we peel the peel, grind it, for grinding the cheese we use a grater. In enameled dishes we combine vegetables, greens, cheese, salt, add eggs, spices and 3 tbsp. tablespoons oil. We mix everything well, then gradually introduce flour. Slightly fry the pancakes in a frying pan to form a ruddy crust, and then shift to a baking sheet and leave to bake for about half an hour in the oven.
