We take a piece of lard, wash it under a stream of cold water and dip it with a kitchen towel. Then cut into pieces with a thickness of 5 millimeters. Potatoes are cleaned, well washed, cut each in half, and then shredded slices and washed in cool water. Bulbs clean and grind. Spread the fat on a cast-iron frying pan, put it on the fire and fry until golden, and then gently turn and fry for a few more minutes without closing the pan with a lid. After that, spread the prepared potatoes, cover with a lid on top and cook potatoes, stirring occasionally, on the slowest fire. After 15 minutes we throw the chopped onion, mix it, pour the dish and bring it to the ready. Now put the fried potatoes on a plate and sprinkle with chopped fresh dill. We serve a delicious dish on a table with vegetable salad, pickled mushrooms, pickled cucumbers and tomatoes. You can put a salted herring fillet cut into pieces.

We clean the potatoes, thoroughly rinse, cut into thin straws and rinse again with cold water to rinse all the starch. Then we dry it with a towel, spread it carefully onto the frying pan heated with oil and fry under a lid on a small fire. We remove the bulb from the husk and knead it with a knife. As soon as the potato begins to brown, we add it to taste and pepper. If desired, add to it a laurel leaf and other various spices. At the very end, put the prepared onion, cover with a lid on top and let it sit on a small fire for another 5 minutes, until it is ready. Now we throw a finely chopped green ray, carefully mix everything and remove the potatoes from the fire. If desired, we decorate the dish with fresh herbs, and serve with any vegetable salad.

Potatoes are cleaned, washed and cut into small smooth slices. We clean the bulb and shred the semicircles. Now take a frying pan, pour oil into it, throw a ray and passer it to golden color, about 3-4 minutes. Then lay out the potatoes prepared earlier and mix thoroughly, so that the onion is evenly distributed. Cover the frying pan with a lid and fry over medium heat for 10 minutes. Periodically remove the lid and mix the contents so that the bottom layer does not burn. Leave the dish still under the lid for 5 minutes, and then add salt to taste, sweet pepper ground and ground sweet paprika. Mix well and cook for another 10 minutes. This time we clean the garlic, wash it and squeeze it through the press. Add it to the potatoes, mix and fry all together for another 2 minutes. That's all, crispy fried potatoes with onions ready!
