Mix tomato paste and water (or pumpkin juice ) with vegetable oil. Water can be cold or warm, but not hot. Add the garlic pressed through the hand press. Season with hot red pepper. You can add other milled dry spices to your taste, but it's important not to overdo it. Do not use ready-mixed with preservatives, salt and sodium glutamate. Adding lemon juice will improve the taste of gravy.

Do not cook it and do not boil it, so as not to lose vitamins. The composition of the sauce can also include sweet red pepper (1-2 pcs.) Let's bring it to the state of the paste in the blender. Of course, according to the season, you can replace tomato paste with fresh tomatoes (we will punch them in a blender, you can also warm it separately to increase the percentage of lycopene).

We will not include in the composition of useful gravy a wheat flour - what for to us superfluous "fast" carbohydrates. This universal vegetable sauce comes to buckwheat, rice, pasta, etc.

Useful pumpkin sauce with greens

Pumpkin pulp (we use a combine or blender, well, either we rub it on the grater and squeeze the juice, then it will turn out to be without pulp, a bit lighter, but it's also good). Onion finely chopped and warmed in cream for 5-8 minutes. We filter, we throw the onions. Mix pumpkin puree or juice with cream, enriched with onion juice. Add the garlic pressed through the hand press. Greens punched blender or finely chopped and added to the main mixture. This sauce comes to rice and fish.
