In the frying pan pour the oil, warm it, spoon the table with a dough and fry the syrniki without flour and manga on both sides. A hot treat is first transferred to a paper towel, and then served with sour cream or berry jam.

Now we take molds for cupcakes, grease them with vegetable oil and fill each half with curd mass. We send the blanks to a preheated oven and bake the cheese cakes for 25 minutes. Then we cool them, carefully remove them from the molds, sprinkle a delicacy with sugar powder or serve with liquid honey or sour cream.
