Recipe of whole Bulgarian pepper fried with garlic for the winter
Ingredients:
- red bell pepper - 8-9 pieces;
- drinking water - 100 ml;
- table vinegar - 6 teaspoons;
- sweet pepper - 3-4 pcs .;
- sugar - 1 dessert spoon;
- salt - 2/3 tsp.
- hot pepper - 1/3 pcs .;
- garlic - 4-5 teeth;
- sunflower oil - 50 ml.
Preparation
- Thoroughly wash the pepper and use a towel to dry it.
- In a wide and high frying pan pour the right amount of sunflower oil and warm it up before boiling.
- Next, put the prepared vegetable here and fry until brownish crusts appear on the sides.
- Now for the tails we remove it from the frying pan and quickly, but carefully separate each vegetable from the easily lagging skin.
- We move these peeled, but not separated from the fruit stalks to a well treated with a steep boiling water jar, to the bottom of which we put the peas of sweet pepper and garlic chopped.
- We put a small piece of hot pepper on top of the laid vegetable.
- In the boiled drinking water we introduce kitchen salt, granulated sugar and table vinegar.
- We remove the brine from the hotplate and pour it into a jar, which is immediately rolled up and hidden under a thick plaid.
Bulgarian pepper, fried with slices of garlic, tomatoes and greens
Ingredients:
- Bulgarian pepper - 650 g;
- Tomatoes - 550 g;
- sunflower oil - 40-50 ml;
- dill, parsley - 5 branches;
- garlic - 5 teeth;
- kitchen salt - 0,5 tsp;
- water - 2 tbsp. spoons;
- vinegar - 3 tbsp. spoons.
Preparation
- Pepper is washed and separated from unnecessary seeds and peduncles. Then cut into thin longitudinal lobules.
- Tomatoes are also thoroughly washed, and then we divide them into segments not wider than 1.5 centimeters.
- In a frying pan with high sides, we heat sunflower oil.
- We put all the pepper into this warmed container and fry it for about 4-5 minutes.
- Now add the tomato slices to the frying pan and continue to fry the vegetables even for the same time.
- Peeled chives of garlic are squeezed through a special press.
- We chop fresh parsley and dill very finely with a sharp knife, and then we combine it in one bowl with garlic. In this mixture, pour in the vinegar, a little water and add salt.
- By properly prepared for conservation banks distribute vegetables from a pan and on each laid out layer we spread a spoonful of garlic with herbs.
- Somewhere 7-9 minutes sterilize our delicious snack, and then immediately cork it.
