Fast diets for weight loss: protein
The diet is designed for a week, nothing can be added to the diet. It is necessary to strictly comply with the drinking regime: 1.5 - 2 liters of clean water a day should be drunk between meals. The diet for each day is the same:
- Breakfast: eggs from 2 eggs, salad from sea kale.
- Lunch: the average portion of beef or chicken, any vegetable garnish except for legumes, corn, potatoes.
