The diet is designed for a week, nothing can be added to the diet. It is necessary to strictly comply with the drinking regime: 1.5 - 2 liters of clean water a day should be drunk between meals. The diet for each day is the same:

  1. Breakfast: eggs from 2 eggs, salad from sea kale.
  2. Lunch: the average portion of beef or chicken, any vegetable garnish except for legumes, corn, potatoes.
  3. Dinner: fish or poultry with a garnish of fresh vegetables (cabbage is the best).

If you feel a strong hunger, you can drink half a glass of skimmed yogurt. A little trick: if you eat it with a teaspoon, you will eat more than if you drank it with a volley.

Express diet for rapid weight loss: vegetable-dairy

If we consider just harmless fast diets for a week, then this is one of the best options.

  1. Breakfast: half-packs of fat-free cottage cheese, seasoned with fat-free yogurt, a glass of tea without sugar.
  2. Lunch: light vegetable soup without potatoes, cabbage salad .
  3. Snack: a glass of tea without sugar and a piece of cheese (not great!)
  4. Dinner: any salad of fresh vegetables with lemon juice, mixed with a small amount of vegetable oil.

In this case, it is also important to comply with the drinking regime. If you feel hungry, you should drink half a glass of any fat-free or low-fat dairy product. It is allowed to do 2-3 times every day, and even before bedtime.
