To begin with, mix the warm milk and water, add sugar, yeast and 2 tbsp. tablespoons of wheat flour. Send all this into heat for 15 minutes, until a frothy cap forms on the surface.

After the time has elapsed, add both kinds of sifted flour, salt, butter to the dough and mix the dough. Then put it on the table, sprinkled with flour, and mix until it falls behind. When the dough becomes soft and slightly sticky, put it in a greased bowl, cover with a towel and put it in the multivark.

Set the "Heating" mode to 10 minutes, turn off and leave the dough to rise. Then remember the dough a little, grease the pan of the multivark oil, put the dough in it and turn on the "Heat" for 5 minutes. Disconnect and leave for another 30-40 minutes to go. When the dough is suitable, grease it with oil, sprinkle with corn flour and turn on the "Baking" mode for 50 minutes.
