In another bowl, combine the flour and salt, throw the baking powder, cloves, cinnamon and nutmeg. The oven is heated to 180 degrees, and the pan is covered with paper. We connect both mixtures and knead the dough. We divide it into 2 parts, roll into sausages and cut into slices. Each ball is rolled in sugar and slightly flattened by hand. Spread the gingerbread on parchment and bake for 15 minutes in the oven.

In a saucepan, mix the water with sugar and honey. Put the dishes on the fire and heat the liquid. Add cinnamon, ginger, cloves, butter, stir and remove from heat. Combine flour with baking powder and soda. We pour a neatly spicy warm mixture, we form a ball from the dough and put it in the refrigerator, wrapping it in a film. The oven is lit and heated to 200 degrees. From the dough we tear off a small piece, roll it out thinly and cut out the gingerbread with molds.
