The resulting rolls are cut into pieces with a thickness of about 2 cm and attach each workpiece to the shape of a heart, pinching and stretching the center with your fingers. We put them on a baking sheet, oiled, and leave in a warm place to go. At 170 ° C, bake our sugar buns-hearts from a yeast dough for about 20 minutes.

According to this recipe, you can also bake buns-rosettes from a yeast dough. Only for them, the dough sheets are simply rolled up with a roll, and then cut into pieces with a thickness of about 3 cm. Bottom plucked to make a "rose". And we also bake them for about 20 minutes at 170 ° C.
