Classic recipe tiramisu

Italian multi-layer dessert tiramisu in today is very popular all over the world, many variants of its preparation are known. The present tiramisu, prepared according to the classic Italian recipe, includes such ingredients: cream cheese mascarpone, chicken eggs, sugar, coffee, some spices and Savoyardi biscuits (sometimes it is replaced with biscuit). Variants are possible, with the addition of cocoa and nuts, with the replacement of coffee impregnation with fruit or wine.

Preparing tiramisu for a festive table can be done very quickly, this dessert is easy to prepare, since it is not necessary to bake, of course, if you have found ready-made savoyardi cookies or biscuits.

First, prepare the cream.

Cheese mascarpone should not be cold, mix it with a fork or whisk and lightly beat.

In a separate bowl, beat the egg yolks from 2 tbsp. spoons of sugar, 2 tbsp. spoons of cognac and vanilla. We combine it with cheese and whisk again.

Whisk the whipped with the remaining sugar, it is better to do it with a mixer. Gradually adding, mix whipped whites with a cheese-yolk mixture.

We boil strong coffee, wait until the sediment sinks to the bottom, and carefully filter into a small container, convenient for dipping cookies. We add cream, cognac, rum or liqueur to coffee.

Cook savoyardi or slices of biscuit (1 piece) is immersed in coffee and spread out of them a substrate on a platter in 1 layer. Abundantly water a layer of cookies with cream. You can sprinkle it all on top with a mixture of ground nuts and cocoa powder mixed with powdered sugar (ratio 1: 1).

Next, lay out the second layer of savoyardi cookies or pieces of biscuit. We pour all the cream and a mixture of cocoa powder with powdered sugar and ground nuts. Now tiramisu should be placed in the cold for 2 hours - let it soak.

An alternative dessert recipe tiramisu, close to the classic

In advance from the evening we will prepare fresh creamy yoghurt cheese. Mix the cream with yogurt and add lemon juice. Lightly heat this mixture, stir it, wait until it starts to curl. The colander is placed in a bowl, lining it inside with a dense gauze filter and pouring the creamy yoghurt mixture. Bind the corners of the gauze patch and hang it over bowl at night. In the morning you will have fresh soft cheese - the basis for the cream.

Mix cocoa powder with sugar, then add eggs, vanilla and 3 tbsp. spoons of Madeira. Beat this mixture with a powerful mixer. Mix with cheese and whisk again. The density of the cream can be adjusted with cream.

Cook strong coffee, add 1 st. spoon Madeira. For 1 piece we dip the cookies into coffee and lay the layer on the dish. Pour cream, sprinkle with grated chocolate and ground nuts. Similarly, we perform the second layer. We put in the refrigerator for 2 hours.

We serve Tiramisu with coffee.
