Rolls with avocado

To Japanese cuisine, in particular to rolls, it is impossible to remain indifferent. It either is accepted immediately and forever, becoming an ardent devotee, or is also not actively accepting. With proper preparation and compliance with recipes, rolls are a very healthy and healthy food. Especially rolls with components of vegetable origin, for example, with avocado.

Rolls with salmon and avocado

On the below presented recipe we prepare rolls with avocado and salmon (instead of salmon we take salted salmon fillet).

Boil rice with the addition of sugar and vinegar for a quarter of an hour, reduce heat and let stand for another 5 minutes under the lid. We cut fish and peeled avocados with straw, we cultivate wasabi. On the table we put a special mat, lay out a sheet of nori, we take a handful of rice with hands dipped in cold water (rice vinegar) and distribute it evenly over the sheet. Rice grease wasabi, trying not to forget that it's still a hot sauce. Cross the sheet (that is, along the length of future rolls) lay out the fish and avocados. Then turn the sheet into a roll. With a wet knife, cut the resulting roll in half, and each half into three pieces. Marinated ginger, soy sauce and wasabi - are mandatory ingredients when serving rolls with salmon and avocado.

Rolls with avocado and cucumber

Boil rice by adding rice vinegar and sugar. Avocado and cucumber cut into strips. We spread the wet rice on the nori sheet, then avocado and cucumber. We wrap the roll with cucumber and avocado in the form of a roll and cut it with a wet knife into pieces. Do not forget to roll soy sauce and wasabi to rolls.
