Rolls with salmon

Japanese cuisine and its main dish - rolls, have recently become very popular. Now the ingredients for them are sold in many stores, so quite often the housewives prepare this tasty and healthy food at home. Rolls with salmon and cucumber

Ingredients:

Rinse the rice well until the water becomes clear. After that, place the rice in a saucepan and pour in water in the proportion: 1 + 1 / .4 tbsp. fluid on 1 tbsp. rice. Bring to a boil, reduce the heat, cover and simmer for 12 minutes. Then turn off the rice and leave to infuse.

Rice vinegar is mixed with salt and sugar and warm until completely dissolved. Pour it into the rice and gently mix it. Cucumbers and salmon cut into strips. Lay out the roll for the rolls, on top of it put a sheet of nori (matte side up), and lay the rice on it, leaving a few centimeters of the sheet free.

In rice put strips of salmon, cucumber and feathers onions. Roll the roll so that the filling is in the center, and seal it with the free part of the nori. Cut the roll with a sharp knife into pieces and serve with wasabi and soy sauce.

Rice and vinegar dressing is prepared as in the previous recipe. Cut the ham into long strips. On the sushi mat, put the nori, shiny side down, distribute the rice on top, leaving the edge (1.5 cm) free and a finger in the center, make a strip of wasabi. On it lay the salmon and wrap the roll. Cut it with a knife into 6 pieces and eat with soy sauce.

The well washed rice is placed in a pan, pour with water, so that it is 1 cm higher, and bring to a boil without a lid. Then reduce the heat to a minimum, cover with a lid and cook for 15 minutes. Remove from heat and leave for another 10 minutes.

At this time, combine the vinegar, sugar and salt and heat it over a small fire until the latter dissolve completely. Pour the vinegar into the rice and mix several times. Avocado and salmon cut into plates. Put the nori on the rug, distribute rice on top, leaving a free edge, on it - avocado and salmon. Roll the roll, cut it into six rolls and try dipping it into soy sauce mixed with wasabi.

Nori put on a sushi mat, lay rice over it, remember not to leave a free edge, turn over the sheet and grease the shiny part of the algae with cheese. On it, in the middle, put a strip of salmon and avocado and carefully roll the roll. When it is ready, roll the roll in sesame and cut into 6 rolls with a wet knife.
