Lasagna with fish - recipe

Lasagna - a dish originally from Italy, which is prepared with different fillings: from vegetables to meat. But we want to focus on fish lasagna.

Preparation

Thaw the mushrooms. Combine the flour with salt and eggs, and knead the dough. Wrap it with a film and leave for an hour. Roll out the dough and cut out of it 16 mugs of 9 cm in diameter.

Each circle boil 2 minutes in salt water, transfer into cold water, and then dry it. Wash fish fillets and mushrooms and cut them into slices. Garlic chop, and cut the tomatoes into quarters.

In a frying pan fry garlic for a couple of minutes, then add mushrooms to it and fry on high heat for 5 more minutes. Then put the fish and tomatoes, salt, pepper and simmer for 3 minutes.

Baking tray for oiling, lay out 4 mugs of dough, on top of them fish stuffing and alternate so until you use all the ingredients. Put the lasagna in the oven, heated to 180 degrees, for 10 minutes and try.

Lasagne with salmon

If you cook lasagna with red fish, it acquires a special taste and aroma.

Broccoli wash, divide into inflorescences and boil in salty water for 2 minutes. Cut the tomatoes in half. Melt the butter in a saucepan, add flour and saute for a couple of minutes, then pour in the broth and cream. Bring the sauce to a boil, stirring, and cook for 5 minutes. At the end season it with dill, salt and pepper.

At the bottom of the mold, pour the sauce, then put a layer of lasagna, on top of the fish and vegetables, again the layer covered with sauce and so on several times. Heat the oven to 200 degrees and bake the lasagna for 45 minutes.
