Everyone who has at least once rested in the resorts of Antalya, could not help but fall in love with traditional Turkish flat cakes with filling - gazleme. Literally in every hotel, restaurant or just on the street one can observe how women, deftly wielding a stick, roll at an incredible speed, mold and fry these flat cakes. Of course, to repeat the whole process in accuracy is unlikely to succeed - we need a special brazier, but do not wait for the same holiday to again pamper yourself with this yummy. Preparation

Flour together with salt is sifted by a slide to the table. We make a depression, pour a little more glass of warm water. We knead the elastic dough, gradually pouring the vegetable oil. The longer you knead it, the more elastic it becomes, and the easier it is to roll it out. Leave the dough a little to lie down, and we will fill ourselves.

Fry forcemeat. Minutes for 5 to readiness, add crushed garlic and tomato sauce. Solim, pepper. Cheese is rubbed on a large grater. Finely weed the greens.

The dough is again kneaded and divided into 6 parts. Roll each into a very thin rectangle. The dough should literally shine through.
