Salad of chicken, corn, sweet pepper and red pickled onions

Ingredients:

Preparation

We'll peel the onions and cut them into quarter rings and immediately marinate them (in a bowl or cup) in a mixture of vegetable oil and vinegar in a ratio of 3: 1. Finely chop the garlic and add it to marinaded onions.

While this is happening, we prepare the remaining ingredients: chop the chicken with small pieces across the fibers, and the sweet pepper - with short straws. Open the jar of corn and gently drain the liquid. Greenery shall be chopped finely. We will combine all ingredients in a salad bowl and mix.

It should be noted that it will be nice to add boiled broccoli to this salad.
