A hearty salad with pasta and ham can become not just a snack, but a full hearty dish on your table. It is convenient to take this food with you to work, and, in addition, it is easy to prepare and can be stored for 2-3 days.
Italian salad with pasta and ham
Ingredients:
- Ricotta cheese - 180 g;
- milk - 125 ml;
- grain mustard - 45 ml;
- green onions - 60 ml;
- salt, pepper - to taste;
- paste - 6 items;
- carrots - 300 g;
- celery - 2 stems;
- inflorescence of broccoli - 350 g;
- ham - 250 g.
Preparation
We put the paste to the "al dente" state. Meanwhile, we are preparing salad dressing, grinding ricotta cheese with milk, mustard , salt and pepper. Ready-for-use dressing is complemented with chopped green onions.
Inflorescences of broccoli are boiled for a couple, ham cut into cubes, and carrots rub on a grater. Stalks of celery cut into small pieces across. Mix all the ingredients with the cooled pasta and fill the salad with pasta, ham, cheese with the prepared sauce.
Salad with pasta, ham and vegetables
Ingredients:
- boiled paste - 4 items;
- green peas - 2 items;
- ham - 250 g;
- Bulgarian pepper - 2 pieces;
- hard cheese - 200 g;
- mayonnaise - 3/4 items;
- green onions;
- salt, pepper - to taste.
Preparation
Boil the green peas. Bulgarian pepper is cut into cubes. Similarly, we cut ham. Mix all the prepared ingredients with boiled pasta and grated cheese. Season the salad with mayonnaise, season with salt and pepper. Before serving, sprinkle with chopped green onions.
Salad with pasta, ham and mushrooms
Ingredients:
- paste - 400 g;
- onion - 1/2 pcs .;
- champignons - 250 g;
- garlic - 1 clove;
- ham - 200 g;
- cream - 300 ml;
- starch - 1 teaspoon;
- salt, pepper - to taste;
- parsley - for decoration;
- grated parmesan - 1 tbsp. a spoon.
Preparation
Boil the paste in salted water, following the instructions on the package. Throw the paste into a colander and lightly cool.
In a frying pan, heat the oil and fry onions on it for 3 minutes, until soft. Add mushrooms and continue cooking for 3 more minutes. The last in the pan is chopped garlic, it will last for 1 minute. Now fill the contents of the frying pan with cream and boil for 2 minutes. To make the sauce finally thicken, add starch. Slightly cooled sauce mixed with pasta, add slices of ham and served on the table, sprinkled with chopped herbs and Parmesan.
