Add sour cream, milk with yeast and knead the dough until smooth. We divide the dough into 3 equal pieces and roll out each of them. Lubricate the dough with half of the jam, sprinkle with nuts and repeat the layers again. After the pie is collected, it must be covered with a towel and leave to come in warm for about an hour.

"Gerbot" is baked first at 160 ° C, and after 10 minutes the temperature is raised to 180 ° C and the cooking is continued for another 10 minutes. Cool the cake with melted chocolate and leave it in the refrigerator until it freezes.

Dissolve the yeast in warm milk with the addition of a couple of spoons of sugar. When they are activated, drive 2 eggs (protein we leave one), add the flour, crushed in flour and butter, the remaining sugar and knead the dough. Let's leave the dough in the warmth for an hour, then divide it into 3 equal portions and roll each into a layer equal in size to your baking tray. We spread each layer with a beaten egg so that it does not become wet from jam, then distribute jam, crushed nuts and repeat the layers. We put the "Gerbot" in a preheated oven (180 ° C) for 30-40 minutes. Chilled delicacy pour melted chocolate, put the cake in the fridge and wait until the chocolate grab.
