Pie "Gerbot" - the most traditional Hungarian sweetness from all that you can think of. Imagine the classic apple pie for Americans or pudding for the English, that's just as classic is the "Gerbo". Since this cake came out and was born at home, the ingredients that make up it are quite understandable and accessible to any, not even a Hungarian housewife.
Classic Hungarian pie "Gerbot" - recipe
Ingredients:
- flour - 320 g;
- sugar - 50 g;
- butter - 110 g;
- milk - 60 ml;
- sour cream - 60 ml;
- soda - 3 g;
- yeast - 1 tsp;
- walnut - 2 handfuls;
- apricot jam ;
- black chocolate - 360 g.
Preparation
Milk warmed to a temperature just above room temperature and bred in it yeast. We wait until the yeast is activated, and in the meantime we combine the sifted flour with soda, a pinch of salt and rub it with butter and sugar. Add sour cream, milk with yeast and knead the dough until smooth. We divide the dough into 3 equal pieces and roll out each of them. Lubricate the dough with half of the jam, sprinkle with nuts and repeat the layers again. After the pie is collected, it must be covered with a towel and leave to come in warm for about an hour.
"Gerbot" is baked first at 160 ° C, and after 10 minutes the temperature is raised to 180 ° C and the cooking is continued for another 10 minutes. Cool the cake with melted chocolate and leave it in the refrigerator until it freezes.

- butter - 200 g;
- milk - 250 ml;
- fresh yeast - 25 g;
- eggs of chicken - 2 pieces;
- sugar - 60 g;
- apple jam;

Preparation
Dissolve the yeast in warm milk with the addition of a couple of spoons of sugar. When they are activated, drive 2 eggs (protein
