For the test, we sift the flour and chop it with a knife with ice butter. A ready-made crumb of salt, add cold water and form into a bowl. We wrap the ball with film and put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

In the meantime, let's deal with the filling. In a frying pan, melt the butter and fry onions until golden brown. Next we add garlic and sugar. We wait until the sugar is dissolved, add the vinegar and cook for 5 more minutes.

Oven reheat to 200 degrees. The dough is rolled and laid out in a mold, after which we bake for 10 minutes.

The mixture of fried onion is distributed on a sand basis. Whisk the eggs and sour cream together, season the mixture with salt and pepper and pour on this mixture of onions. Then sprinkle all the cottage cheese and thyme from above. We put the cake in a preheated to 180 degree oven for 25-30 minutes.
