If a meat grinder is used for this purpose, then it is better to tie a package on the output to which the already ground root will be collected. Thanks to this you will save yourself from unnecessary tears.
  3. Finally, mix the chopped vegetables in a bowl, add salt and sugar to taste, mix thoroughly and pack on sterile small containers. We cover them tightly with lids and put them for storage on the shelf of the refrigerator.

Spicy "Khrenovina" with tomatoes, garlic and pepper
