Those who want to combine eating shish kebab with a diet timed to the onset of the beach season, we offer to make kebabs from chicken fillet in a simple Asian marinade.

After having cleaned the chicken fillet from the surrounding films, divide the pulp into pieces of equal size and proceed to mix the constituents of the marinade: honey, soy, oil, chopped garlic and ginger. When the ingredients are mixed, dip into the resulting marinade pieces of chicken. Long stay is not advisable, a couple of hours will be quite enough, but it is permissible to plant chicken on skewers immediately after the marinade.
