Chicken fillet soup

You can cook with the skin, for example, if you want the soup to turn a little fatter (this desire is understandable, for example, in cold weather, with physical exertion).

We weld the chicken breast with onion and spices until ready in a small amount of water, it will take about 40 minutes after boiling, cook on low heat, in the process gently remove the noise and fat. Wait 15 minutes and take out the meat. Bulb and laurushku thrown out. We put in pot a potato and carrots, peeled and cut not large. Boil for 10-15 minutes, after which we lay broccoli, disassembled into small kocheshki and sweet pepper, cut into short straws. We return to the soup cooked chicken meat from the breast, cut into small pieces. Cook the soup for another 8 minutes (you can add tomato paste). Cover the lid and turn off the fire, the way the soup is infused for 10-15 minutes. We serve, sprinkled with chopped herbs with dry grain dietary loaf or fresh bran cake. Pellet or bread rub garlic. If you want to cook soup puree or, as they say, soup cream from chicken breast, you can use that already prepared soup (see above).

Preparation

With the help of noise, we extract the cooked vegetables and meat from the soup and we rub in the blender. Add broth to the desired consistency, sprinkled with chopped herbs and served in soup cups. You can add to the soup small homemade croutons and a spoonful of cream or sour cream. Such soup-puree is very good for children.

To get a more satisfying cream soup, you can add ready-cooked pounded beans, peas or chickpeas to it (go and canned legumes, just before adding to the soup, drain the syrup and rinse with boiled water).

Cheese soup with chicken breast

Ingredients:

In each soup cup or plate we put a portion of meat, put the crunches on top, sprinkle with a mixture of chopped fresh greens and grated cheese. Fill with a hot broth. You can add sour cream or cream, season the soup with ground black pepper and garlic.

If you want a more hearty soup, you can add a little canned green peas - about 2-3 tbsp. spoons for a portion (only pre-drain the preserving syrup and rinse the peas with boiled water). You can also add to this soup and a little cooked potatoes, cut into small slices.
