Caesar salad with grilled chicken
- Ingredients:
- bread - 3 slices;

Preparation
Let's start with refueling. Fillet of anchovies kneaded with a fork along with the garlic and a pinch of salt passed through the press. Whisk the mass, adding 2 egg yolks, lemon juice and mustard . Continuing to stir, add olive oil drop by drop, followed by a vegetable oil. Ready-made sauce is complemented with grated "Parmesan" and seasoned with salt and pepper to taste.

Ingredients:
- champignons - 200 g;
- onions - 1 pc .;
- boiled chicken fillet - 200 g;
- grated hard cheese - 1/2 tbsp .;
- canned corn - 1/2 cans;
- mayonnaise;
- salt pepper;
- greenery.
Preparation
Mushrooms are sliced and fried with onions until golden. Mix fried mushrooms with chopped chicken, grated cheese and corn. We dress the salad with a small amount of mayonnaise.
Salad with fried champignons and chicken
Ingredients:
- chicken thighs - 4 pcs .;
- olive oil;
- shiitake mushrooms - 100 g;
- garlic - 4 cloves;
- thyme - a pinch;
- salad mixture - 140 g;
- lemon juice - to taste;
- salt, pepper - to taste.
Preparation
Oven heat up to 200 degrees and place in it chicken thighs, rubbed with salt, pepper and olive oil. Bake the chicken in the oven for 30 minutes, then let it cool down and disassemble the fibers.
