Agree that it is impossible to imagine a festive table without tasty salads. And although "Olivier" is one of the crown dishes of all the holidays and feasts, of course you want to dilute the table with something extraordinary so that you can pamper yourself and surprise the guests. For this case, we will describe a few recipes for the most delicious salads with boiled beef meat. Note that as the main ingredient we chose beef, as it perfectly matches with any kind of products and gives the salad a special piquant taste.
Salad with boiled beef and Korean carrots
Ingredients:
- beef (boiled) - 300 g;
- Korean carrots - 250 g;
- ham - 120 g;
- tomato - 1 piece;
- olive mayonnaise (50%) - 180 g;
- mustard - 2/3 tsp.
- crackers (with bacon) - 1 packet;
- salt "Extra" - pinch;
- green parsley - 4-5 branches.
Preparation
Cut a piece of boiled beef with a very sharp knife straw. In the same way we chop the ham and combine it with meat. In the same bowl, lay out the ready-made carrots in Korean and a pack of crackers, preferably having a taste of ham. To cut tomato in the form of straws, we probably will not work, so cut it into cubes and put it in a bowl with all the ingredients. Since there are crackers in the salad, we will use fifty percent mayonnaise, otherwise they will not wet themselves in a greasy one. Therefore, we take olive mayonnaise, stir mustard in it and fill this mixture with prepared ingredients for salad. If desired, the salad can be sprinkled with a pinch of shallow salt.
We spread the ready delicious salad in a salad bowl, decorate not very finely chopped fresh parsley and immediately served to the table.
Boiled beef salad with soy sauce, salted cucumber and bell pepper
Ingredients:
- boiled beef - 400 g;
- Bulgarian pepper of three colors (medium) - each one by one;
- pickled cucumber (large) - 1 piece;
- onion (large) - 1 pc .;
- soy sauce - 50 ml;
- olive oil - 2 tbsp. spoons;
- zira - 2/3 teaspoons.
Preparation
We clear the colored Bulgarian pepper from the cotyledons and cut it with beautiful straws. In the same way, we cut the beef cooked for one and a half hours and add it to a bowl with pepper. Next, by the same principle, grind a large, fleshy pickled cucumber. But onions, also cut into the type of straw, before we put it into the salad we fill with boiling water, then merge it, squeeze the onion and mix it with all the ingredients in the bowl. To add a piquant note to the salad, sprinkle it with zira seasoning. In a bowl with soy sauce, add olive oil, stir and water our wonderful salad. In order to sauce the whole contents of the salad we mix it and let it stand for at least an hour before consumption.
Salad with boiled beef with pickled onions and cheese, without mayonnaise
Ingredients:
- fillet of boiled beef - 350 g;
- onions (medium) - 2 pcs .;
- vinegar (9%) - 1/3 of the article;
- water - 1 item;
- solid gouda cheese - 180 g;
- garlic - 3 teeth;
- olive oil - 30 ml;
- Sesame oil - 20 ml.
Preparation
Cut the already prepared beef fillet into as long as possible, but thin strips. Cheese can be chopped with a small knife, but it is more convenient to do this on a grater.
