In order to make roasted halibut, you can buy a whole fish weighing 1-1.25 kg or immediately purchase fillets. If you buy a whole, you should clean it thoroughly from scales, remove gills, fins, gut and rinse thoroughly under running water. Then divide into portions. You can immediately wash the fillet and cut it.

On a plate we pour in the flour, we add to it salt and spices for fish. Spices can both be purchased already ready-made, and mix those that you love. For example: black pepper, marjoram, parsley, etc. Each piece of fish is rolled in flour and fried in a heated frying pan on both sides until a crusty crust is obtained. Serving on the table, the dish can be decorated with greens and slices of lemon.
