Shrimp salad with cheese and eggs is a good choice for such occasions. Of course, in addition to the three main ingredients, we will need some other components, and here, as they say, options are possible.
In any case, the prawns will be cooked separately.
General rules for the preparation of shrimps
Shrimps are sold in two versions:
- fresh frozen, they are greyish-sandy shades, in this case, cook them for 10 minutes.
- cooked frozen, pinkish hue - we cook for 3-5 minutes (depending on the size).
We release the flesh of the shrimp from the chitinous shell.
Salad with shrimps, cherry tomatoes, cheese and egg

Ingredients:
- Shrimp medium cooked - 3 pcs. per serving;
- egg of chicken - 1 piece;
- cherry tomato - 1 pc.
- cheese feta or brynza - 50 g;
- olives - 3 pieces;
- greens (basil parsley, rosemary, coriander).

- balsamic vinegar.
Preparation
The hard-boiled egg is cut into 4 slices, as well as the tomato. Beautifully lay out slices in a flat portioned salad bowl, next to olives and cheese, cut into small cubes. Above lay the shrimp. We decorate with greens. Pour a mixture of olive oil and vinegar.

Shrimp salad with cheese, quail eggs and pineapple
Ingredients:
- shrimps cooked averages - 3 pcs .;
- egg quail - 3 pieces;
- cheese semi-soft - 50 g;
- pineapple - 50 g;
- leaves of mint;
- yogurt unsweetened.
Preparation

Ingredients:
- shrimp raw - 3-5 pcs .;
- Tofu cheese - 50 g;
- egg duck - 1 piece;
- cooked rice - 80 g;
- garlic - 1 clove;
- red hot pepper;
- lime;
- Sesame oil;
- soy sauce ;
- greens (coriander, basil, lemongrass).
Preparation
Mix a little sesame oil with soy sauce and lime juice, season with hot pepper, add finely chopped garlic. Let the sauce persist.
