Chicken Breast with Vegetables

The concept of chicken with vegetables is very blurry, because this dish can be cooked in hundreds of different ways: cooking, stewing, roasting or roasting - each of them is great for cooking this poultry meat. Next, carefully season vegetables with salt and pepper, put the tomatoes in their own juice , pour in the broth and add the herbs: basil, bay leaf and thyme. Over tomato sauce and vegetables, place chicken breasts (without skin, but with bones). Stew chicken with vegetables for 25-30 minutes, periodically turning the breast to one side or the other. After, remove the breasts, lightly cool and cut into large chunks.

Remove the bay leaf from the sauce and add the beans with chicken pieces. Stew the vegetables with chicken breast for another 10 minutes, and then serve a dish with a slice of white bread.

Chicken fillet roll in flour and fry in olive oil for 4 minutes on each side. Half-prepared chicken is transferred to a plate, and in its place, fry finely chopped leeks for a couple of minutes. After, onions should be poured 1/2 cup of broth and put out for another 3-4 minutes.

On top of the onion cushion we place chicken fillets, carrot pieces, parsnips, potatoes, thyme and bay leaf. Pour the remaining wine and add a glass of cream. We bake chicken fillet with vegetables in the oven, heated to 180 degrees, 25-30 minutes. At the end of cooking, sprinkle the dish with grated cheese.

Mix the starch with broth and soy sauce. In a frying pan, we warm the oil and fry the chicken cut into strips. We shift the ready-made bird to a plate, and in its place we fry broccoli and cauliflower inflorescences with carrots, peppers and onion cut into strips. To the ready vegetables we add garlic, salt and pepper. Fill vegetables with a mixture of starch and soy sauce, add the chicken and carefully mix everything.
