So, first let's prepare the cream for our future cake. To do this, in a bowl, break the eggs, fill them with sugar and use a mixer to whisk everything to a white foam. Then throw a little vanillin, pour gradually flour and starch. Stir the mass with a broom until completely dissolved. After that, pour in the milk, pour the contents into a saucepan and set it on moderate fire. Continuously stirring the cream, warm up until it slightly thickens. Next, remove it from the plate and, while it's still hot, we lower into it a piece of creamy oil. Thoroughly mix everything and leave the cream at room temperature to cool completely.

Now we turn to the preparation of the dough: we rub the cottage cheese thoroughly with softened butter and sugar. Then break the eggs and pour in vanillin. Turn the mixer on low speed and carefully stir the curd mass until smooth. We introduce a baking powder and in small portions pour the sifted flour, focusing on the consistency of the cottage cheese.

We knead the soft and elastic dough, divide it into 10 parts and roll each into thin layers. In the center of the layer we have a round plate and cut off all the excess with a knife. Bake cakes in hot oven for 5 minutes, at a temperature of about 180 degrees. Do not forget before boarding in the oven to prick the cake with a fork in several places so that it does not swell when baking and is not deformed. As soon as he gets a light brownish hue, quickly remove it from the oven and send the next one there.

Then let them cool down, and start lubricating them with cream. We carefully cover each biscuit and cover it with the following, pressing it lightly to the previous one. The top and sides of the cake, too, is smeared, as it should, with cream. After that, we remove the soft "Napoleon" with the custard in the fridge and leave it for at least 8 hours for impregnation, or for the whole night.
