We lay the trays with parchment paper, lay out our workpieces, grease them with beaten egg yolks and sprinkle with poppy seeds. At a temperature of 200 degrees, bake for 25 minutes.

In warm milk, add 1 tablespoon of sugar, mix and leave for 15 minutes. Then pour in warm water, add sour cream, butter and the rest of the sugar. Slowly pour in the flour and knead the dough. Leave for about an hour to go.

Thinly roll out the dough and with the help of a glass cut out the circles, grease them with melted butter and spread the stuffing. In 50 ml of warm water, stir the yeast and 1 teaspoon of sugar, add 1 tablespoon of flour, mix and leave for 15 minutes. 3 cups of flour sift with vanillin, add sugar, salt and mix. The remaining 100 ml of warm water is mixed with kefir. We pour the liquid into the flour mixture, add the egg and whisk it into a homogeneous mass. Then add grated orange peel, yeast mixture and mix. Add the softened butter, mix again and add the rest of the flour. Knead the dough and leave it for 20 minutes to go.

Then spread it on the table and knead it for about 10 minutes. Then, we lubricate a large bowl with vegetable oil, shift the dough into it and remove it for about 1.5 hours. During this time, the dough should increase in volume by 2 times. We embed it, divide it into small balls. Cover them with a film and let them rest for 10 minutes.

We round the round form with vegetable oil. Dough ball lightly press, inside put about 1 teaspoon of jam and patch the edges. We lay out the blanks at a distance of about 1 cm from each other, cover and leave for 30 minutes. We prepare the filling: add butter and condensed milk to the milk and heat the resulting mass, stirring to make a homogeneous mixture. Fill it with buns and send it to the oven. At a temperature of 180 degrees, bake for 25 minutes.
