Beef stewed with mushrooms and sour cream

After an hour, add the pearl barley, diced carrots and celery root to the brazier, and simmer for 40 more minutes. We serve stew with a pearl bar in deep plates, with sour cream and chopped herbs.

Beef fillets cut in half, but not until the end. We unfold the fillets like a book and lay out the ready stuffing on the plane. Fold the fillet into a roll and fasten it with twine. Fry the roll on all sides until golden brown, and then put in the oven at 200 degrees for 30-45 minutes (depending on the desired degree of roasting).
