All of them are done in the evening, and in the morning you can only enjoy.
Here is the basic recipe, according to which oats should be prepared in the evening.
- To begin with, mix in equal proportions oat flakes and any liquid. It can be water, milk, yogurt, juice and the like. The main thing is to flake and liquid equally.
- Add any dried fruits and spices.
- Place in a glass jar or other tightly closed container and leave at least 3 hours (or better all night).
- In the morning just add fresh fruits, nuts or any other toppings.
1. Parfait with yoghurt and frozen berries
Mix Greek yogurt (without flavoring additives), oat flakes and chia seeds (sage of Spanish), then fill the jar or other high-capacity layers of yogurt with oatmeal and frozen pieces of pineapple, raspberry and blueberries. Can be stored for several days in the refrigerator.
2. Orange and vanilla (for 4 servings)
A cup of oatmeal, a teaspoon of vanilla extract, a cup of orange juice, seeds or nuts - all mix and leave overnight. In the morning add a thinly sliced and slightly roasted coconut.
3. Oatmeal with maple syrup, banana, walnuts and peanut butter
For this recipe, water (or another liquid) needs 2 times more than oatmeal, because it will absorb the seeds of chia. Mix the evening with water, cereal and chia, in the morning add fresh banana, nuts, maple syrup and peanut butter.
4. Strawberry and chia seeds
In the evening, mix ½ cup flakes, almond milk and natural yogurt with 1 tablespoon chia seeds. In the morning, add fresh strawberries and honey.
5. Mango with coconut
To the basic recipe with almond milk, add agave syrup, fresh mango and grated coconut.
6. Ginger and peach
Add to the basic recipe with almond milk slightly ground ginger. In the morning, add peaches.
7. Banana and chocolate
Nothing prevents you to soak oatmeal in cocoa, add cocoa powder, and on top of grated chocolate or confectionery chocolate drops. And if the dietary conscience is still silent, then the banana. Seeds of chia and a couple of spoons of protein make breakfast not only tasty, but also useful.
8. Plums and pistachios
Mix oatmeal with orange juice, add pistachios, figs, plums.
9. Coffee and caramel
Pure a very ripe banana, add a cup of natural yogurt, 1/2 cup of coffee, 1/4 cup of milk, 2/3 cups of oatmeal, vanilla, chia seeds, maple syrup, 2 tablespoons of cocoa, caramel syrup. Mix well, leave in the refrigerator for the night. In the morning add caramel or syrup.
10. Banana and blueberries
Fill in the evening with flakes of fruit yogurt, in the morning add banana, blueberries and almonds.
11. Apple and cinnamon
In the basic recipe with milk and yogurt add cinnamon, vanilla, apple, nuts, peanut butter and honey.
12. Tropical Fruits
Mango, banana, nuts. And a cocktail umbrella for more atmospheric!
13. The Black Forest
Mix in a blender cherry without a stone, vanilla extract, cocoa and almond milk. In this mixture, soak oatmeal (if desired, you can also add yogurt). In the morning, add fresh berries, chocolate slices and coconut flakes.
14. Strawberry parfait
Mix almond milk, natural yoghurt, chia seeds, dried coconut, cinnamon and a little almond extract. Soak the oatmeal for the night. In the morning add homemade strawberry jam or strawberries, ground with sugar.
15. Banana and Kiwi
Prepare oatmeal according to the basic recipe, add the cut kiwi, banana and almonds into the finished porridge.
16. "Chocolate brownie"
Do you want chocolate in the morning? Do not deny yourself this! Chocolate protein powder, plain cocoa, stevia or other sugar substitute, low-fat milk and low-fat natural yogurt - even athletes can afford such a chocolate breakfast.
17. Another variant of blueberry with a banana
With a fork, turn the banana and berries into a puree. Add soy milk, natural yogurt, oatmeal. In the morning, add granola or muesli for crunchiness and fresh berries.
18. Banana, nuts, berries, tropical fruits, spices, pumpkin
To the basis of oatmeal and coconut milk, add blueberry jam and frozen berries, or banana, nuts, syrup and vanilla, or vanilla, nutmeg, cinnamon, syrup, granola and pumpkin puree, or brown sugar, mango and almonds.
19. Coffee and banana parfait
