Smoothies are loved by many, but few people make them at home, because too much effort and harvesting.
Our recipes and lifhakas will prove that this is not so. Under this list, you can buy products once, decompose everything into packages, and then within a week everything that is required of you, put the contents of the package you want into the blender. No cleaning-cutting, measuring the right ingredients, etc.
All recipes shown below contain only 3 ingredients, and you do not even need ice, because all fruits and vegetables are already frozen. You only need to put all the ingredients in the blender and turn into a homogeneous mass at high speed.
1. Strawberry
Ingredients: 8 frozen strawberry berries, 1/2 cup kefir or yogurt, 1/2 cup coconut.
You can add 2 tablespoons of oatmeal, a pinch of cinnamon or protein powder.
2. Green Day
Ingredients: 1/2 cup frozen curly cabbage or spinach (pre-sliced), 1/2 cup kefir or yogurt, 1/4 cup water.
You can add a little bit of cayenne pepper for sharpness.
3. The Queen of the Caribbean
Ingredients: 8 slices of frozen mango (about 3/4 cup), 1/2 cup of coconut milk ground until smooth, add a teaspoon of chia seeds and mix again.
You can add nutmeg, protein powder or 2 tablespoons of coconut chips.
4. Banana
Ingredients: 1 frozen banana without skin, 2 tablespoons peanut or almond oil, 2 tablespoons cocoa, 1/3 cup water.
You can add coconut shavings, almonds, cinnamon, coconut, 2 tablespoons oatmeal.
5. Apple
Ingredients: 1 green apple (can be peeled, but without a core), 1/2 cup frozen spinach, 1 centimeter of peeled ginger root, 1/2 cup water.
You can add half of the avocado or lime juice.
6. Orange
Ingredients: 1 Bulgarian pepper (cut into quarters, remove seeds), 1 peeled orange, 1 tablespoon of coconut oil.
You can add a little cayenne pepper or cinnamon.
7. Blue magic
Ingredients: 3/4 cup frozen blueberry, 1 tablespoon almond oil, 1/2 cup almond milk.
You can add 2 spoons of coconut chips, banana, vanilla extract, oatmeal, ginger.
8. Paradise Island
Ingredients: 1 frozen peeled banana, 1/2 cup frozen curly cabbage or spinach (pre-sliced), 1/2 cup coconut water.
You can add protein powder, a handful of almonds, 1/4 cup frozen blueberries.
